Policies,Terms, & Conditions

Welcome to GracefullyLis — a Christ-centered dance and fitness ministry focused on movement, worship, community, and whole-body wellness. To ensure a consistent, safe, and joyful experience for all participants, the following policies apply to all classes, memberships, events, bookings, and services.

By participating in any Dance With GracefullyLis LLC event, you fully acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these policies. This includes responsibility for yourself and any minor or guest you bring, following instructor guidance, respecting the community, and adhering to safety, recording, and conduct terms and guidelines.

1. DROP-IN CLASS POLICY

Refunds & Transfers

  • All drop-in class purchases are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another sister.

  • Transfers must be emailed to gracefullylis@gmail.com with the new attendee’s name at least 1 hour before class.

  • Transfers requested after the 1-hour window cannot be accommodated.

  • No credits, cancellations, or reschedules.

2. MEMBERSHIP POLICY

(Gracefully Fit & Faithful Monthly & Annual Subscription)

  • All membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • You may cancel the monthly membership at any time; cancellations take effect the next billing cycle.

  • You annual membership cannot be cancelled once processed.

  • No prorated refunds for unused time.

  • Missed classes for personal reasons do not roll over to a future month and cannot be credited or refunded.

  • Membership access and benefits are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.

  • Failed or overdue payments may pause access until resolved.

3. MISSED CLASSES POLICY (MEMBERSHIP)

To maintain fairness and consistency:

Missed Classes

  • If a member misses a class for personal reasons (travel, illness, scheduling conflicts, etc.), the missed class cannot be:

    • Credited

    • Refunded

    • Transferred to a future month

    • Made up in the following month

Membership reflects monthly access, not guaranteed attendance.

Optional “Send a Sister in Your Place” Option

As a courtesy:

  • If a member knows they cannot attend a class, they may allow a non-member guest to attend in their place at no added cost.

  • The member must email: gracefullylis@gmail.com

  • The email must include the guest’s full name and must be sent at least 1 hour before class.

  • This does not create credits or future make-up sessions; it simply transfers the spot for that class.

This option provides flexibility while maintaining the integrity of the membership structure.

4. PRIVATE 1:1 SESSION POLICY

  • Payments for coaching, choreography, technique, or virtual sessions are non-refundable.

  • Payments may be applied to one (1) rescheduled session within 30 days of the original date.

  • If no reschedule occurs within 30 days, the payment is forfeited.

  • If payment is not submitted by the invoice due date, the session is automatically cancelled.

5. EVENT & GROUP BOOKING POLICY

(Hosting, choreography services, group sessions)

Payments & Retainers

  • non-refundable retainer is required to secure event dates.

  • Remaining balances must be paid by the invoice due date.

  • Failure to pay results in automatic cancellation.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 15+ days before the event → eligible for a refund (excluding the retainer).

  • Cancellations made within 16 days → non-refundable.

  • Package tier adjustments must be made at least 15 days in advance.

  • If attendance exceeds the selected package, the client is responsible for the difference by the event date.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is based on availability and may require a new deposit.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, cancellation terms apply.
