The GracefullyLis Experience is more than just an event—it’s a space to honor the Lord, care for your body, and build meaningful connections with like-minded women. Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through moments of worship, movement, and intentional conversation in an atmosphere rooted in faith, fun, joy, and sisterhood.

This experience includes a dance cardio session, inspiring speakers, a time of praise and worship, and opportunities to connect through a guided networking experience. Guests will also enjoy nourishing refreshments by a private chef and access to curated vendors (including a special gift to take home), all designed to pour into you, sis.

All guests are required to wear pink athletic wear as a part of the shared aesthetic and experience of the day. Pink and white will do as well.

Whether you’re coming to be refreshed, to connect, or simply to try something new, this space was created with you in mind.

Come expectant. Come open. Come ready to experience what the Lord is doing through His daughters.

Founder & Host

Hey sis, I’m the founder of Dance with GracefullyLis LLC. I’m a Detroit native & a trained dancer since the age of 4. In my early adult years, I continued to dance but found myself not liking the “mean girl” environment & took some time away. As I found myself yearning to get back into dance & feeling like I was wasting a gift the Lord gave to me, I took my desire back to him & he led me to where i am today. I have a passion for sisterhood & kingdom entrepreneurship & I’m honored the Lord chose me to create a space such as This.

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.

How It Works

  • Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. We host events year-round in all different locations and climates.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.
